On Sunday, January 16, 2022, Bishop Carver E. Poindexter, a loving husband, devoted father, powerful teacher, and Senior Pastor of the Love of Christ Church, transitioned from his earthly home to his Heavenly Place in Glory. Bishop Carver Poindexter lived as a man of standard, humility, integrity, righteousness, and honor, as he led God’s people through the preaching and teaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We’re coming together to celebrate and honor his life and legacy.

Clergy Attire: Please note that Bishops and Pastors who plan to attend the homegoing service and participate in the clergy processional on Saturday, January 29, 2022 should bring their clergy robes and arrive at Harvest Life by 10:30 am.
